When you voluntarily send us electronic mail, we will keep a record of this information so that we can respond to you. We only collect information from you when you register on our site or fill out a form. Also, when filling out a form on our site, you may be asked to enter your: name, e-mail address or phone number. You may, however, visit our site anonymously. In case you have submitted your personal information and contact details, we reserve the rights to Call, SMS, Email or WhatsApp about our products and offers, even if your number has DND activated on it.
Payment of 50% advance to be made at the time of booking and balance 50% 24 hour prior to check in time
ID proofs of all guests are mandatory and need to be submitted before check- in

Adherence to the Government’s accepted level of sound and ensure that music isn’t played loudly after 10 pm
No Check in allowed after 10 pm
Liquor quantity as per government policy should not be more than 2.2 ltrs.
Credit Note :
Cancellation to be done not lessor than 14 days prior to check in date.
A credit note will be provided for the paid amount, valid for 3 months post the check in date (can be availed on weekends if booking was made for weekend. E.g. If booking made for Saturday it can be availed on Friday/ Saturday/Sunday. If booking made for Friday/ Sunday it cannot be availed for Saturday.)
If cancellation is informed less than 14 days and 10 days prior to check in date, then a credit note can be availed only on weekdays, (even if the booking made for weekend) valid for 3 months post the check in date.
If cancelation is informed less than 7 days prior to check in date then a credit note can be issued provided the date is booked by another guest (credit note valid for one month post the check in date)
The credit note can be used in a new booking for the amount paid + additional charges applicable subject to availability
Refund Policy :
Payment once done, can be refunded only under certain criteria mentioned below –
If the booking has be to cancelled by Jade Hospitainment due to any unforeseen situations
The property booked by client is not available due to maintenance
The property booked by client is not available due to ad hoc booking by local bodies
The refund amount will be transferred within 7 to 10 working days.
Balance payment of the total value should be done 24 hours prior to the check-in time.

Jade Retreats and its employees are indemnified against any and all acts or accidents that may arise in your/guests stay at our properties.
The guest will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the property caused by them, their guests or any person in their group and money recovered to the extent of damages before check-out.
There will be indemnification of monetary costs directly or indirectly for losses incurred during the stay.
Services by our employees will stop at midnight. Post-midnight every service should be managed by the guests
It is agreed that the guest will conduct him/herself in a respectable manner and will not cause any nuisance or annoyance within the premises which can affect the environment.
The Management has the right to request any guest to vacate his/her room or other areas of the property forthwith, without previous notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, and the guest shall be bound to vacate when requested. In case of default the Management has the right to remove the Guests’ luggage and belongings from the room occupied.
Our staff will not be liable to any loss/ misplacement of any of the guests’ personal properties or valuables or money.
Management will not be liable to guests for any harm or accidents occurred during the stay.
We expect our client to be punctual to their check-in and check-out time that is anytime between 1:00 PM to 11:00 AM which will be intimated.
If an extension of stay is required, settlement of past due amounts and for the extended stay is compulsory.
Please refrain from using equipment or fixtures for purposes other than those intended. Please do not remove or alter any equipment or fixtures of the property.
Please present any ID proof issued by the government upon check-in.
Chlorination of swimming pool will be happening every day between 10AM – 12noon. No guests are allowed in the swimming pool during this time
The client will need to adhere to the governments accepted level of sound and ensure that music isn’t played loudly post 10:00 PM
There will be a refundable deposit of 25k as a caution deposit towards property damage protection, for group sizes exceeding 25 pax, which will need to be deposited before the check-in. This deposit will be refunded to the client at the time of check-out post damage assessment and deductions
